SolveNow Inc. is seeking a Facilities Chemical Process Engineer for their Boise, Idaho location. This entry-level/intermediate role involves collaborating on projects that support research and development within complex manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and will work on the design and installation of complex manufacturing tools, focusing heavily on piping and equipment layout. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
This position offers a hybrid-capable arrangement and will require field visits to active client sites.

As an entry-level/intermediate Facilities Process Chem Engineer in Boise, ID you will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients research and development, testing, and manufacturing. You and the other team members will work closely with client stake holders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents for the installation of complex manufacturing tools, tenant improvements, and core facility infrastructure upgrades. Responsibilities include design and layout for piping, equipment layout, and tools in some of the most complex, densely packed industrial facilities on the planet. The design may include retrofit of existing building systems to accommodate tool installation including engineering calculations, equipment and component sizing, selection, and specification, and support during construction and integration into the factory. Technical engineering responsibilities include design and oversight for piping and equipment related to water, wastewater, process chemicals, and gases.
You and the other team members will work closely with client for design deliverables and produce construction documents for the installation of complex manufacturing tools and facilities infrastructure.
This role is intended to be contract-to-hire.
