Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping or facility maintenance experience.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends.
• Competence in basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pristine condition and appearance of all club spaces, including dining rooms, restrooms, and event areas.
• Execute light repairs such as touch-up painting, fixture replacement, and minor plumbing or carpentry to uphold luxury standards.
• Support event preparations by assisting with room setups, furnishings, and décor adjustments.
• Proactively observe and report facility needs, ensuring swift attention to maintenance or presentation concerns.
• Manage cleaning and maintenance supplies with care and organization.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and operations teams to support seamless member service.
• Engage courteously with members and maintain a polished, professional presence on the floor.

About the Role

The Facilities Attendant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional club experience through meticulous attention to cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This position combines the care of housekeeping with the skill of light maintenance, ensuring that every corner of the club reflects a sense of quality, warmth, and professionalism that members expect.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance, ideally in a high‑end hospitality or club environment.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Competence in basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
