Job summary

Meissner, a leader in life sciences filtration, seeks a Facilities Associate I to maintain our headquarters facilities in Camarillo, CA. This on-site role focuses on cleaning, upkeep, safety, and helping ensure a productive environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, offices, restrooms, and common areas, emptying trash, and supporting maintenance tasks. Candidates should be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work from ladders or lifts while complying with safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Willingness to be taught and execute instructions provided is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lounges, offices, cubicles, restrooms, stairways, cafeteria/kitchen spaces, common areas gym and gym equipment.
• Sweep, vacuum, clean spills and mop floors.
• Regularly check garbage and recycling bins, emptying as needed and cleaning surrounding areas.
• Clean walls, windows, glass doors and mirrored surfaces.

How you will make an impact:

Meissner is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The Facilities Associate I will be responsible for the cleaning and up keeping of buildings, grounds and other facilities of the organization.

• Clean hallways, lounges, offices, cubicles, restrooms, stairways, cafeteria/kitchen spaces, common areas gym and gym equipment.
• Sweep, vacuum, clean spills and mop floors.
• Regularly check garbage and recycling bins, emptying as needed and cleaning surrounding areas.
• Clean walls, windows, glass doors and mirrored surfaces.

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you’ll need:

• Willingness to be taught and execute instructions provided is essential.
• Must be able to occasionally work from a ladder or lift.
• Must be a non-smoker.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
