Job summary

A non-profit healthcare organization is seeking a Facilities Assistant responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repairs across various sites. This role includes acting as a backup driver for the Mobile Medical Coach and ensuring optimal operation of building systems. Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and structural components is preferred.
• Valid NYS Class B CDL license with no more than one moving violation in 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day facility maintenance and cleaning.
• Serve as a backup driver for the Mobile Medical Coach.
• Assist with general maintenance, painting and light construction duties.
