Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking a Facilities Asset Manager to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM. The role requires a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one and involves managing maintenance, repair, and facility management across building envelope systems, interiors, and exteriors.

The candidate will lead lifecycle optimization, data analyses, and coordination of routine and one-time deliverables for internal and external customers, including supervision of related projects and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture; other degrees accepted with additional facility management experience.
• 1+ year in facility/asset management in military/government or campus-like environment.
• Experience with facility/equipment condition assessments.
• Experience with construction/facility management software and data analysis to identify trends.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance concepts and related terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and contract matters per program requirements.
• Analyze lifecycle investments and preventive maintenance plans per government guidance.
• Maintain condition assessments within government sustainment system frameworks.
• Use data tools to analyze large data sets for trends and anomalies.
• Oversee small facility construction/repair projects from scoping to close-out.
• Oversee warranty and equipment operating manual databases.
• Conduct root cause analysis when systems fail ahead of their expected lifespan.
• Provide operational support in assigned areas.
