Garver is looking for a Facilities Assessor to conduct BUILDER SMS inventories and assessments for its defense clients in Oklahoma City. You will assess building conditions and ensure the accuracy of management systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to become certified in BUILDER SMS within 6 months of hire date.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 30%.
• Understand a project work plan and execute based on a client’s requirements.
• Ability to conduct services by abiding by safety precautions.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Builder SMS databases are current with condition assessments.
• Perform assessments on client facilities using professional expertise.
• Update inspection and condition results within BUILDER Sustainment Management System.
• Produce reports and recommendations based on data captured.
