Job summary

The Facilities and Operations Manager at Chemical-Abuse-Services-Agenc oversees the maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of all CASA sites, including the administrative office, opioid treatment programs, residential and supportive housing. You will ensure facilities are safe, functional, compliant, and equipped to support high-quality client care and staff operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in facilities management and supervising others.
• Knowledge of HVAC.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, landscaping, painting, drywall repair, concrete repair, tiling, lock repair, phone and camera systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with agency staff.
• Bilingual English–Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to develop multicultural competency in behavioral health setting.

The Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, operational readiness, and infrastructure coordination of all CASA facilities. This position ensures that every site which includes the administrative office, opioid treatment programs, residential and supportive housing is safe, functional, compliant, and equipped to support high-quality client care and staff operations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, landscaping, painting, drywall repair, concrete repair, tiling, lock repair, phone and camera systems.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management and supervising others
• Ability to safely lift 50lbs.
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must work effectively with and collaborate with the agency staff.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to execute projects systematically.
• Bilingual (English – Spanish), preferred
• Must demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting.
