Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable Facilities & Event Setup Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus. You will support daily custodial tasks and assist with setup for worship services and events.

The role requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Expect duties that span cleaning, setup, and basic maintenance to support church activities and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Custodial, facilities, maintenance, or event setup experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb and perform physical work all day.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies.
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for worship services, meetings, weddings, funerals, and special events.
• Reset rooms after events.
• Unlock and secure buildings as needed.
• Perform minor repairs and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain the church grounds by picking up debris, trimming shrubs, and performing light landscaping.
• Assist with other facilities duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Custodial, facilities, maintenance, or event setup experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $14/hour
