T. Burks & Associates in Smyrna, TN is seeking Production Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment in a highly automated facility.

This full-time, on-site role supports equipment reliability and minimizes downtime to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults in PLCs and electronic systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and documenting activities in a CMMS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of PLCs and electronic control systems.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Experience reading CMMS/work-order systems.

Responsabilités

Overview

An advanced manufacturing facility is hiring Production Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a highly automated production environment. This role supports equipment reliability and minimizes production downtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls systems.
