CEENTA in the Charlotte region is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our physician-owned ENT group. Build a distinctive practice supported by an established referral network and CEENTA’s regional brand.

The position offers close collaboration with otolaryngologists and access to ambulatory surgery resources across the network. You’ll shape a patient base aligned with your clinical interests.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible facial plastic & reconstructive surgeon.
• Experience in building a practice within an ENT referral network is preferred.

Grow a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Practice with a Leading Physician-Owned ENT Group

CEENTA is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our physician-owned practice in the Charlotte region. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who wants to develop a distinctive practice supported by an established ENT referral network, a recognized regional brand, and a collaborative team of physicians and clinical professionals.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a practice centered on facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, with the ability to develop a patient base aligned with their clinical interests and expertise. The position offers close collaboration with CEENTA’s otolaryngologists and access to patients throughout our regional network.
