FaceGym is opening its newest New York studio in Tribeca this fall, and we’re seeking passionate, energetic Licensed Estheticians to join our founding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help launch a new studio, build lasting client relationships, and introduce Tribeca to the world’s first facial fitness experience.

You will deliver high-end facial workouts, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service while representing a luxury skincare brand.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid New York Esthetician license.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and rotating holidays.
• Successful completion of FaceGym bootcamp training.
• Able to stand for long periods during workouts.
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to support across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with exceptional service.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to support a luxury brand.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals and educate clients on FaceGym offerings.
• Keep work stations clean and sanitize tools/equipment.
• Demonstrate problem solving and handle client concerns gracefully.
• Promote self-marketing and participate in events to grow business.
• Share knowledge with clients and teammates to drive retail and service sales.
