Facets Developer

The Role

UST is searching for an experienced FACETS Developers with strong Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS expertise to support enterprise-scale transformation, enhancement, modernization, and support initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform
• Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions
• Develop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas:
  • Provider
  • Network Management & Pricing Group
  • Membership
  • Billing & Class/Plan Configuration
  • Claims Processing & Encounters
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes
• Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements
• Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities
• Support FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs
• Follow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
