Job summary

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Direct Marketing Representative. This entry-level, fully onsite role offers hands-on experience in face-to-face customer interactions, helping raise brand awareness and support client acquisition.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. You will work in our Baltimore office and at designated event locations, collaborating with a team to deliver engaging messaging and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing accurate product and service information.
• Support direct marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Assist with customer onboarding and promotional initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with customers and team members.
