Job summary

The NOW Massage is seeking an Esthetician (Face Massage Specialist) for part-time or full-time roles at South Loop / Wicker Park locations. The position focuses on therapeutic facial massage, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, and facial sculpting within a boutique environment.

Must hold an active Illinois Esthetician license and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive compensation with commissions and same-day gratuities is offered, along with wellness allowances and team

Qualifications

• Active IL Esthetician license required and must be presented during interview.
• Strong foundation in facial massage techniques.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and service protocols.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch through intentional face massage techniques designed to relax, sculpt, and restore.
• Provide customized face massage services focused on relaxation and stress relief, lymphatic drainage, facial sculpting and muscle release.
• Educate guests on benefits of regular face massage as part of their self-care ritual.
• Maintain service space to NOW standards (all supplies provided).
• Support a seamless guest experience from consultation through post-service recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to elevate each guest’s visit.
