KPFF Consulting Engineers in Portland, OR is seeking a Structural Engineer specializing in façade design to contribute to design and construction of curtainwall projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, and façade system manufacturers.
The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, attention to detail, and proactive communication. A BS in Civil/Architectural Eng, FE/EIT, PE/SE licensure, and experience with aluminum and glass engineering are preferred.
Qualifications
- BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Minimum)
- FE (EIT) licensure
- PE or SE licensure
- Experience in aluminum engineering
- Experience with glass engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented individual
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design and construction of curtainwall projects across a range of challenging assignments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, façade system manufacturers and general contractors.
