Job summary

KLOVER is seeking an Exterior Aluminum Composite Panel Installer to support commercial carpentry projects within a 70-mile radius of Quakertown, PA. The role focuses on installing ACM panels and insulated metal panels on building exteriors with precision, safety, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, measure accurately, handle materials, and adhere to safety protocols while working at heights.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and fabricating ACM panels.
• Experience with insulated metal panels is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and use PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and specs to determine project requirements.
• Measure and cut ACM panels to size and shape.
• Prepare materials including fasteners, sealants and adhesives.
• Install ACM panels on facades, signage, or structures with proper alignment.
• Secure panels using rivets, screws, adhesives, or clips.
• Operate safely at heights and follow PPE protocols.
• Inspect installations for alignment, gaps and defects.
• Perform quality checks to meet safety and building codes.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs of installed panels.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure weather-tight seals.
• Transport and manage materials to installation sites.
