Facade Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in the US. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of building facades. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that facades meet aesthetic, structural, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing building facades that are aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound
• Conducting structural analysis of facades using software such as SAP2000 or ETABS
• Collaborating with architects to ensure that facade designs meet their vision
• Communicating with contractors to ensure proper installation of facades
• Conducting site visits and inspections during construction to ensure adherence to design plans
• Providing technical support and guidance to project team members
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and engineering
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 or ETABS
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to facades
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members from different backgrounds
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
