Facade Engineer - St. Louis, MO $80,000 – $125,000 · Full-time · In person

Our engineering team takes complex facade designs from CAD drawings to precision‑manufactured systems that fit real construction sites perfectly. What you'll actually do

You’ll own a portfolio of facade projects end to end, from interpreting architect design intent through structural and thermal analysis, all the way to fabrication‑ready drawings. You’ll work directly with fabricators on the shop floor and coordinate with project administrators to keep everything on track. No two projects are the same: complex geometries, tight tolerances, and real problem‑solving every day.

• Engineer rainscreen facade systems to meet design intent, building codes, and as‑built site conditions
• Produce detailed construction drawings and design documents using state‑of‑the‑art CAD software
• Perform structural and thermal calculations; research and evaluate design alternatives
• Manage several projects concurrently, acting as the technical lead from kickoff to installation
