Job summary

Digital Building Components, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from design to completion. You will lead the project team, coordinate with design disciplines, and manage budgets, schedules, and permit processes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors. Domestic travel to project sites may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management OR 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people.
• 5 years of commercial construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project budgets and schedules to delivery fabrication project.
• Coordinate the architectural design, structural engineering, and modeling progress.
• Coordinate scope and design with the general contractor and adjacent subcontractors during design phase.
• Manage permit documents for submission.
• Manage fabrication approval process with contractor/architect.
• Coordinate installation with installation teams and general contractor.
• Be the main point of contact with the customer from award through installation.
• Prepare and submit project billings and forecast costs.
