Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in welding, metal fabrication, or a related field.
• Must be able to MIG weld aluminum.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of common welding processes and fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately and consistently.
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on work.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and welding best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work on signage frames.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders.
• Select appropriate materials, tools, and welding techniques.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to exact dimensions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with installation preparation and fabrication-related tasks.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented fabricator with MIG welding experience to join our team and support the fabrication, repair, and assembly of signage structures and related components. In this role, you will work with a variety of materials and welding methods to help produce high-quality finished products that meet project specifications, safety standards, and customer expectations.

• Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work on signage frames, supports, brackets, and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders to determine project requirements.
• Select appropriate materials, tools, and welding techniques based on project specifications.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to exact dimensions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support efficient workflow.
• Assist with installation preparation and other fabrication-related tasks as needed.

• Familiarity with workplace safety practices and personal protective equipment.
