Job Description

• Assist in providing welder support, to include analyzing and making repairs or replacement parts, as directed.
• Usecommon shop tools such as calipers, band saws, grinders, chop saws, threading tools, drills, etc.
• Set upand operateOxy-acetylene torches, plasma, Arc, MIG, and TIG welding machines.
• Work from blueprints/schematics to perform maintenance/repairs or install equipment. Assist in training other team members.
• General cleaning and assisting other crews, as required.
• Maintaining safety, housekeeping,sanitation, and disease control requirements, while performing job duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training and/or experience
• Must be able to pass a Machinist/Welder level B test
• Must be able to complete work in a timely and efficient manner
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
