What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• 1-3 years’ experience in industrial insulation
• NSTC Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in extreme weather and hazardous conditions
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong measuring, layout, and cutting skills
• Basic sewing and fabrication skills using industrial sewing machines and hand tools
