Job summary

Better Engineering in Towson, MD is seeking hands-on production workers to join the team building state-of-the-art automated machinery.

You will perform mechanical assembly and fabrication, MIG and TIG welding, and assist with industrial wiring and plumbing. The role follows a 4-day 10-hour shift pattern with overtime opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication.
• Experience in MIG welding.
• Experience in TIG welding.
• Experience with industrial wiring or plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join production team to build state-of-the-art automated machinery.
• Work a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule.
• Contribute to assembly, welding, wiring and plumbing tasks as needed.

This is a10-hour day shift Monday-Thursdaywith occasional Friday overtime.

Manufacturing company in Joppa, MD looking for people withhands-on skills in the following areas: mechanical assembly and fabrication, welding, industrial machine wiring, and/or industrial plumbing.We are looking for people to join our production team to build state of the art automated machinery.
