Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a skilled installer and fabricator of stone and solid countertops. You will read templates, fabricate and install countertops, drill and install hardware, and ensure accurate installation per job specs.

This full-time role requires forklift certification, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality. Competitive benefits provided. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task and work within specified timeframes.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment.
• Current Forklift certification required.
• Ability to problem-solve a plus.
• Previous work experience in the construction or distribution industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install stone and solid countertops as per job specs.
• Load and log materials onto truck and document returns.
• Read templates as per job specifications.
• Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications.
• Install bath accessories and stone surfaces per job specs.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

This position will be responsible for the proper fabrication and installation of various stone and solid countertops.

Essential Functions

• Fabricate and installation of stone and solid counter tops
• Loads and logs materials onto truck and documents returned materials
• Able to read templates as per job specifications
• Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications
• Install bath accessories, stone surfaces as per job specifications
• Maintain a well-organized, clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in support of initiatives

Competencies/Skills/Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED required
