Job summary

Cashco is seeking a Fabricator in Ellsworth, KS to assemble metal components per blueprints, gauges, and specs. You will read technical drawings, measure and cut materials, and weld, drill, and fit parts into subassemblies with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, operating fabrication tools, and documenting work while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Position Overview - Fabricator

The Fabricator is responsible for assembling, constructing, and finishing metal or composite components according to specifications and production requirements. This role supports manufacturing operations by interpreting blueprints, operating fabrication equipment, and ensuring high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Work Environment:

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, or reach for extended periods.
