What You’ll Do

• Assist with loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock materials
• Attend training sessions for all relevant equipment and machinery
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• Operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment including shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging equipment, and welders
• Participate in CMC safety programs and actively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
• Perform cross-functional machine operations to support workflow flexibility

What You’ll Need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required for success in this role
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work overtime as required, including planned schedules and unplanned emergency situations
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
