Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a hands-on assembler/operator for a fast-paced shop environment. You will operate hand tools, make cuts, threads, and grooves, and ensure finished parts meet exact specifications.

Ideal candidates have metal work experience, fabrication shop equipment familiarity, and a strong focus on safety and quality while working with a team to reach daily goals. Lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to a loud setting.

Qualifications

• Metal work experience is required.
• Experience with fabrication shop equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and math accuracy.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working around loud/noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to cut, thread, and groove components.
• Follow quality and safety standards for every part produced.
• Work in a loud, temperature-varied environment while maintaining accuracy.
