Technimark is seeking a hands-on technician to fabricate parts for automation systems and support automation projects across locations. The role involves machining, assembly of new automation units, and coordinating with suppliers.

Travel up to 30% annually is expected as projects span multiple sites. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to learn automation processes.

• Maintenance apprenticeship program a plus.

• Basic computer experience.
• Lock out tag out training certification.
• Basic electrical knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Fabricate parts for automation systems.
• Support automation projects for TM locations globally as required.
• Travel up to 30% per year.
• Machine parts for automation systems using CNC and manual mill/lathe.
• Assemble new automation systems.
• Identify and present cost-saving automation opportunities to management.
• Coordinate automation activities with outside suppliers.
• Manage time schedules to meet production needs on new automation machines.
• Procure purchase orders for shop supplies.
• Assist in production start-ups related to automation machines.
• Assist other divisions with automation parts as needed.

Certification in Lock out tag out training. Basic electrical knowledge needed. Mig welding, cnc and manual machining.

• Responsible for fabricating parts for automation systems.
• Responsible for supporting automation projects for all TM locations globally as required.
• Travel requirement may be up to 30% per year
• Responsible for machining parts for automation systems cnc and manual mill and lathe.
• Responsible for assembly of new automation systems.
• Responsible for the generation of cost saving opportunities related to automation and the presentation of this to management on a regular basis.
• Coordinates automation activities with outside suppliers.
• Manages time schedules to meet the production schedule needs on new automation machines
• Responsible for procurement of purchase orders for shop supplies
• Assists in production start-ups as related to automation machines
• Assists other divisions with various automation parts as needed.
• Ability to make parts in a lathe and milling machine.
