Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial welding, blueprint interpretation, and fabrication.
• Ability to work with MIG/TIG welding and basic fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Layout jobs for construction by reading blueprints and assembling steel parts.
• Operate equipment such as welders, drill presses, grinders, saws, and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety issues.
• Support teammates to complete manufacturing tasks and quality checks.
