Complete Fence is seeking a skilled Welder for our Batavia, IL fabrication shop. You will read welding blueprints, cut and weld steel or aluminum parts, and assemble components for commercial fencing projects.

The role demands strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, with full-time status and exposure to outdoor shop work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions at job level.
• Welding certification not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut, weld, grind, and assemble metal components for fence panels, gates, and supports.
• Read welding blueprints, specifications, and symbols.
• Prepare parts for final welds and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report equipment issues.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
