Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a manufacturing technician to join our fabrication team on-site in Noblesville, IN. You will work in a safety-conscious environment, cross-train on machines, read blueprints, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with calipers and micrometers. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relative work experience in manufacturing.
• Must read and interpret blueprints.
