Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Fabrication Technician I for our Phoenix, AZ facility on the 1st shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM). This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers hands-on work fabricating, modifying, and repairing custom medical devices using hand tools, machinery and fabrication equipment.

No prior medical device experience is required as training may be provided. Pay is $20.00 per hour with the opportunity to develop technical and fabrication skills and potentially long-term

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on technical work.
• Ability to safely operate tools and machinery.

About the Role
Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fabrication Technicians to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will be assembling, modifying, and repairing custom medical devices, utilizing hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, automotive repair, or related trades. No prior medical device experience is necessary as training may be provided.
