Pella Corporation in Ladysmith, WI is hiring a Partsmaking Specialist to produce frames, panels, fiberglass parts, and metal components using cutting tools, saws and measurement equipment. Part quality is ensured through rigorous checks and strict safety standards.

Starting pay is $21.25 per hour with automatic increases at 90 days and 6 months, plus a $1,500 sign‑on bonus. 1st shift runs Mon–Thu 6:00–3:30 and Fri 6:00–10:00, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and specification sheets.
• Operate woodworking machinery and CNC equipment.
• Maintain high mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Use measurement devices and units of measure accurately.
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively in a team.
• Lift up to 100 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate high-quality frames, panels, fiberglass parts, and metal components.
• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery to meet specs.
• Measure quality data with tape measures, micrometers, gauges.
• Notify supervisor of non-conforming materials.
• Assist with inventory and support other departments.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Rotate to other positions as needed.
