As a Fabrication Technician, you will perform wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operate equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion. In senior and highly skilled levels, you may also perform equipment set-up and calibration, along with routine preventative maintenance tasks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion. In senior and highly skilled levels, performs equipment set-up and calibration, and may perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $16.97 - $27.69 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
