Manpower is seeking a Fabrication Support for a leading manufacturing organization in Minnesota. You will join the Production Department, supporting manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

The role involves setting up and operating equipment, following safety programs, and rotating tasks to prevent fatigue. Excellent communication and basic math/blueprint-reading skills are valued.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Fabrication Support to join their team. As a Fabrication Support, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fabrication Support

Pay Range: $20+/hour

Shift: Fourth Shift Friday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
