Job summary

ETS in Dayton, OH is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our fabrication team in a hands-on, in-person role. You will plan daily tasks, assign priorities, and mentor fabricators, welders, and shop staff to maintain high performance.

You will review shop drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and oversee production processes, inspecting finished products for quality and compliance. This position requires strong leadership and extensive sheet metal experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sheet metal fabrication experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a shop environment.
• Working knowledge of fabrication equipment, safety standards, and workflow optimization.

Your day-to-day as a Shop Foreman:
