EControls is seeking a Fabrication Process Engineer to develop and improve fabrication processes—plasma cutting, welding, bead blasting, painting, and CNC machining.

The Fabrication Process Engineer is responsible for developing, documenting, and improving fabrication processes for plasma cutting, welding, bead blasting, painting, and CNC machining. This role supports new product introduction, equipment reliability, quality controls, and continuous improvement by designing tooling, troubleshooting equipment, analyzing process data, and implementing cost and efficiency improvements. The position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in metal fabrication, and knowledge of lean manufacturing, statistical process control, and applicable fabrication standards.
