Overview

Fabrication Operator - 2nd Shift (Built-In Overtime Pay).

Location: Union, MO.

Schedule: Full-Time Mon - Thurs

About the Role

As a Fabrication Operator, you’ll help turn aluminum profiles into customer-ready parts using fabrication equipment and measuring tools. You’ll work with punch presses, drills, saws, and precision instruments to keep production moving and on-spec.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 4:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.


• Overtime during peak production periods, Friday 4:30 p.m.-12 a.m.

What You’ll Do

• Operate fabrication machinery such as punch presses, drills, and saws.


• Fabricate aluminum profiles to customer specifications.


• Inspect parts and final products for accuracy and quality.


• Complete work orders accurately and on time.


• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.


• Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, and micrometer.


• Basic math; blueprint reading preferred.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
