Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ corrugated manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift work orders, ensure quality, and maintain up-time.
• Schedule work, oversee employees, approve time records, communicate policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure safety procedures.
• Train employees on equipment, protocols, standards, and waste control.
• Oversee operations to meet continuous improvement goals.
• Supervise equipment operation and inspect materials and products.
• Analyze performance and propose process improvements.
• Participate in production meetings and provide updates.
• Verify job quality and investigate customer complaints about finishing.
