Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Fabricator to manufacture products per customer specifications and prepare orders for shipment. You will analyze capacity and production data to optimize processes, resolve production issues, and ensure quality control standards are met.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and 4–6 years of fabrication experience, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety practices. This is a full-time, on-site role within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in fabrication or related area.
• Experience with fabrication shop equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Examine order specifications from drawings/blueprints to determine finished item and setup.
• Fabricate work pieces per work order specifications and retrieve materials.
• Inspect work piece visually or with tools to ensure quality.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Coach and train junior fabricators on proper duties.
