Nedland Industries in Ridgeland, WI is seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our family-owned team. This full-time, on-site role supports production by scraping cans after welding, cleaning them before painting, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while machines run.

We offer 40 hours per week year-round and three-day weekends (Mon–Thu, 6 am–4 pm). Pay starts at $20/hour with raises based on experience, plus a benefits package: 401(k), health, vision, life and disability insurance,

• Must be detail-oriented with pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Scraping cans after they’re welded.
• Cleaning cans before they’re painted.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Running machines, such as the press break, shear, iron worker, etc.
