• Technical knowledge: understand product lines and read instructions/manuals; measure and perform basic math.
• Miscellaneous: uphold safety, teamwork, integrity, and company values; lift heavy doors safely; power tool experience; other duties as assigned.

At Foundation Building Materials (FBM), we are seeking a skilled Fabrication Door Specialist to inspect, service, install, and repair commercial doors with precision and professionalism. This role requires technical know-how, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to top-tier customer service. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Focus & Product Quality
  • Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services
  • Maintain a full understanding of all products
  • Perform small projects as directed by Management
• Technical Knowledge
  • Maintain a full understanding of all products and a basic knowledge of equipment to identify needed repairs
  • Read and understand instructions and procedure manuals
  • Accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math skills
• Miscellaneous
  • Support our values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy doors safely.
  • Power tool experience is required.
  • Other duties as assigned
