Palmer-Donavin is seeking a Production Associate to read work orders, identify door specifications, and prepare materials for production. You will fabricate and assemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities include tooling with routers, saws, drills, and nailers, manual material handling up to 75 pounds, and ongoing adherence to safety and quality

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations preferred.
• Candidate demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work with hand and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Read work orders to determine door specifications and required components.
• Locate, pull, and modify door slabs and parts to meet custom order specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products.
• Move doors and materials between production stations, up to 75 pounds.
• Inspect completed work for defects and make corrections.
• Perform shop cleanup, light maintenance, and other duties to support production operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety procedures.
