tnuck is seeking a Fabric Manager to lead the sourcing and development of raw materials for our apparel line. This pivotal role involves managing the full lifecycle of fabric development, ensuring that the materials meet our quality standards and production timelines.

The position requires at least 5 years of experience in fabric R&D and sourcing. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and an exceptional ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric R&D, sourcing, or purchasing for an apparel brand.
• Direct experience working with domestic and overseas mills.
• Deep knowledge of textile construction across wovens and cut-and-sew knits.

Responsibilities

• Research and source new fabrics; manage seasonal development calendars.
• Partner with Design and Production to troubleshoot material issues.
• Oversee textile testing and ensure compliance with regulations.
