Job summary

AstenJohnson is seeking a dedicated Finisher to ensure fabric quality and efficient production in a hands-on role at our facility.

You will visibly inspect finished fabrics against quality specs, operate towmotor, side-stacker or pallet jack to move materials, and contribute to continuous improvement while thriving in a team environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina to stand eight hours, lift up to 90 lbs occasionally, and a safety‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and measurement up to 1/16".
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team setting and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Visibly inspect all finished fabrics to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Operate towmotor, side-stacker or pallet jack to move materials between departments.
• Work efficiently with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.
