Job summary

Culp, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inspection Servicer for our NC facility. You will operate bagging lines, manage transport of finished fabric to inspectors, and keep equipment well-maintained to maximize throughput.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, placing materials accurately for inspection, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced setting. Valid driver’s license and forklift/tugger/hoist training are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the operation and proper use of hoist, broom, hand truck, skid, bags, A-frames, buggies, tubes, forklift, rider, and bagging machines.
• Trained and certified in the operation of forklift, tugger, and hoist.
• Strong team player with good safety practices.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains baggers and conveyors to maximize inspection department efficiency.
• Troubleshoots bagger warning codes to minimize downtime.
• Places rolls and directs materials to inspection machines as directed by work orders.
• Ensures inspection area is stocked and ready for next shift.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety compliance in the work area.
