Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking Fabric Finishers in Smyrna, TN, offering a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This full-time position features a Monday to Friday schedule with hours extending into Saturday as needed.

As a Fabric Finisher, you will be part of a dynamic team, measuring and sewing fabric and vinyl graphics, ensuring high-quality output, and collaborating closely with your colleagues to meet production goals.

Location: Smyrna, TN

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 5:30 PM | Saturday 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Duties

• Measure, cut, trim, sew, fit, inspect, and package fabric and vinyl graphics


• Operate and maintain sewing and production equipment


• Maintain a clean and safe work area Track jobs and production time


• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards


• Continue developing skills and assist with training other team members

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.


• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a deadline-driven environment


• Sewing experience and knowledge of sewing techniques


• Basic math and geometry skills


• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.


• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.


• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to learn new processes and equipment


• Tradeshow/exhibit industry experience is a plus


• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.


• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
