Qualifications

  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and overtime.
  • 2 years of preventive maintenance and repair of industrial machinery with minimal downtime.
  • 2 years in using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to fix manufacturing equipment issues.
  • 2 years' experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members and address preventive maintenance needs for manufacturing equipment performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement strategic improvements, detailing hardware and process deviations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cleanroom area, with proper storage and organization.
  • Participate in teams focused on improving equipment availability and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Attend Micron or vendor training to improve understanding of semiconductor tools.
  • Stand for long periods, move across shifts, lift 25-40 lbs, and navigate confined spaces safely.
  • Maintain situational awareness to identify hazards and wear PPE to protect product quality.
  • Lead projects related to equipment maintenance and improvement within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate and address preventative maintenance needs for manufacturing equipment performance, while proactively identifying and resolving safety concerns.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement strategic improvements, while detailing hardware and process deviations to help prevent recurring problems in tool functionality.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the cleanroom area by adhering to housekeeping protocols, ensuring that every item is accurately stored and organized.
  • Participate in teams passionate about improving equipment availability and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Attend Micron and/or vendor training to improve understanding of various semiconductor tools.
  • Stand for long periods, walk several miles per shift, lift 25-40 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, or kneeling while navigating safely over uneven terrain or within confined spaces to perform job duties effectively.
  • Maintain situational awareness to identify hazards promptly, and consistently wear required PPE (e.g., respirators, cleanroom garments) to protect product quality and maintain a safe, contamination‑free environment.
  • Working and leading projects related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement, with an emphasis on fulfilling scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) and be willing to move to different shifts and work overtime to support business operations.
  • 2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining industrial equipment and automation.
  • 2 years of experience in using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to fix and resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
  • 2 years' experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Associate degree in relevant technical fields such as Mechatronics, Electronics, or Robotics and/or 2 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in leading projects related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement, with a focus on meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Over 4 years of experience in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, minimizing downtime, and maintaining industrial and automated systems.
  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes
