Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in California is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a Fab Shop team on a 5:00am–1:30pm schedule. You will oversee 6 to 8 associates and ensure safety, quality, and productivity in pipe fabrication.

The role requires 5+ years in fabrication or pipe fittings, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to coach others. You will set up machines, measure and cut pipe, and maintain inventory with safety and procedures in mind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication, pipe fittings, welding or related experience.
• Strong math ability to calculate quantities and measurements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safe work practices in pipe fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work closely with associates to meet safety, production, and quality expectations.
• Set up and maintain machines in the Fab Shop.
• Measure, record, and cut pipe to length using band saw or torch.
• Thread and bevel pipe and move/organize pipe inventory.
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure safe operations.
