• Start new lots in MES from released jobs with correct route, lot size and priority.
• Dispatch completed lots to next process areas and ensure status matches records.
• Track weekly wafer starts and manage allocation limits.
• Manage substrate inventory and coordinate material transfers.
• Coordinate outside processing with vendors and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate with Planning, Engineering and production to keep flow steady.
• Adhere to safety, cleanroom, ESD rules and documentation standards.
